Isn't this a nice grandma card? It's a CASE of Debbie Olsen's, the great cardmaking extraordinaire herself. I really like how it turned out, might be trying this one again sometime.

Moxie Fab 'Critter' Challenge
Here is my 'Critter' card. I have always liked this chic, but wondered if it is more of an easter themed image. Anyway, I used him here and I hope you like.

Snowflake Tutorial
I had some people ask how to make the variation in the snowflakes seen on the card below and I thought I'll make a little tutorial, just for fun on the blog-o.
So here it is:
Step 1: Ink stamp in the lightest colour, here Old Olive by S'UP! is used
Step 2: Grab a 'stamp'n write'maker or any water based marker and use the side of the brush tip to colour at random (Hansome Hunter used here)
Step 3: Dont try to be too careful with your colouring, there's no need. This is what the finished 'coloured' stamp should look like:
Note: You may need to 'huff' briefly, just too remoisten the ink before stamping
Step 4: Stamp as normal
This is what you it should look like:
Step 6: This is an optional step, when the ink is still fresh, use a water brush pen to blend the ink, creating a watercolour effect. That's it!
Here's an example of a finished card:
Really, this technique is so easy! You only need an ink pad and a darker ink pen, one gemstone, half a piece of cardstock to make a wonderful clean and simple card this chrismas season!
If you decide to try this for yourself, I would love to see your projects, just link them in the comments section.
Thanks so much,
Alyssa B xx

Another Boy Card

Love this little image, its just so sweet.
I dont know if its clear in the pic but the card front actually has a hole in it and the image layers are actually on the 'inside' of the card-you know where you would usually write your message. Its the same for all these 'boy' cards. Hope you like,

Stamped Bag
Here's a bag that I made following Nicole Heady's instructions found Here. It was a bit smaller then i was expecting, so keep that in mind if you decide to make one yourself. Sorry about the poor photo, it was early in the morning.
